Welcome to the office of the Black Sword's executive officer. This site contains a variety of information useful to all members of the Black Sword, including some tips and tricks for promotions, setup on how the navy works and the navy protocol (kind of important :P). Just for your information, the Executive Officer is tasked with maintaining the rosters, processing updates and transfers, and keeping the peace between members. The executive officer is the second in command of the Black Sword fleet.
